We are excited to be growing and are looking for a caring and dedicated Assistant
Toddler Teacher to join our team this fall! This position will support our toddler classroom and help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: Fall 2026
What You’ll Do:
Support daily care routines (meals, diapering, naps, transitions)
Engage toddlers in play-based learning and exploration
Maintain a clean, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom
Work collaboratively with your teaching team
Requirements:
Must meet Colorado Early Childhood Teacher requirements
Familiarity with Colorado Shines standards preferred
Previous experience with young children is helpful, but not required
