Poudre Libraries
If you are a teacher/provider who lives or works within the same geographical area of Poudre School District, you have access to a teacher-specific library card with Poudre Libraries! Loveland Public Library
Loveland Public Library supports early literacy through weekly storytimes, bilingual programming, and engaging play areas that build language and social-emotional skills.
Educators can check out themes “Storytime-in-a-bag” kits, VOX books, and even ukuleles with a teacher card offering extended loan periods. Visit lovelandpubliclibrary.org/events to explore their family programs and resources!
Berthoud Community Library District
The Berthoud Community Library District offers free, engaging storytimes that support early literacy and joyful learning for young children.
Weekly Storytimes (10:30 AM):
Tuesday - Baby Storytime: Songs, finger plays, bounces, and short stories for babies and caregivers.
Wednesday - Pre;K Storytime: Longer stories with music and singing, ending with a craft.
Friday - Toddler Storytime: Movement, music, short stories, and playtime.
Homeschool resources are also available on the library’s website under Online Resources.
Estes Valley Library
The Estes Valley Library offers a variety of free, literacy-rich resources to support early childhood educators and families. Children ages 0-5 in the Estes Valley can receive a free book each month through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and families can explore hands-on learning with Storybook Explorer Kits, Discovery Packs, and Baby Book Bags (available in English and Spanish). They also host twice-weekly storytimes for babies and young children, seasonal Storybook Trails at Stanley Park, and monthly Read to a Therapy Dog opportunities. Educators can further support learning with PebbleGo, a K-2 curriculum content hub filled with articles, activities, and literacy support designed for young learners.
